This coffee shop inside Waterstones is a true hidden gem in Manchester City centre. The staff are attentive, their coffee is creamy and delicious. Their selection of cakes is also great and the environment is lovely and quiet. Keep up the good work! 🫶🏻

Service is friendly, although a little slow. Due to little space on the counter for serving drinks and food and the speed of the service, it means that the people behind in the queue will end up leaning over your cakes to reach the card reader, which is a little off-putting and potentially unhygienic.

Found out just before leaving that you got a free drink with the book of the week son took advantage of his purchase and got a hot chocolate. His view was '*5 stars, really good especially with cream and marshmallows'. Staff were really friendly and atmosphere was nice. Would definitely pop in again for a drink after picking up some books.
